High Federal Court announces Easter holidays

The Federal Superior Court has announced the start of its Easter holidays. According to a statement issued Sunday by the court’s director of information, Catherine Christopher, the holidays will start from April 8 to 25. Citing chief judge John Tsoho, Ms Christopher said the halt was based on “the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4(b) of the Rules of the Federal Superior Court (Civil Procedure), 2019 (as amended)”.
